Full body stretch with emphasis on presence, breath, and the importance of allowing the air you breathe to aid in muscle

This class is a 60 minute aerial silks fitness class, utilizing special fabric suspended from the ceiling to create a beautiful and challenging aerial artform.
Beginner Choreo Flow

Mixed Levels | Sundays | 11:30 AM
Swoop, swirl and glide through this follow along choreography focused pole class. Through simple movements as well as more intricate choreography, you will learn how to move gracefully and powerfully around and off the pole.
Tricks & Combos
(Intermediate & Up)
Wednesdays | 7:30 PM
This challenging class will focus on not only the tricks but the transitions to enter, exit and connect your tricks to create a beautiful and strong flow on the pole. Must have a solid climb and invert. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced levels.
