In this level 2 class we’ll continuing to learn the foundations and progress toward some more elaborate hoop moves.
This is a class for experienced beginners and intermediate students.
This class is absolutely not appropriate for 1st timers.
Aerialists should, at a minimum, already know how and be able to pull themselves into the hoop without guidance.
*All classes at The Vertitude are designed to have 2 students assigned to share 1 apparatus. Classes work in 2 alternating groups.
