It’s time to learn to FLY!

This workshop is for the newbie poler/aerialist who wants to try this gravity defying new apparatus!

Learn the basics of climbing, proper spinning technique, spinning entries and some basic beautiful flowy shapes and sequences to conclude the workshop and make you feel like an aerial fairy!

*Please have available as well as a tight fitting shirt or leo and long fitted leggings. We will have silicone flying poles to experiment with!
