Whether its your very first pole class or you’ve already taken a few, this beginner class is for you! We will work on basic conditioning, learn the fundamentals of pole tricks and spins including climbing, sits, jasmine, chair spin etc., with the ultimate goal of putting it all together by the end of the class to create a short flow!
