*Some pre-requisites!
Are you a pole dancer interested in aerial or an aerialist interested in pole? This apparatus is an excellent union of both! This Flying Pole Workshop (aerial pole) will teach you the basics of how to proper spinning technique, aerial pole trick combos, and more!

*Must be able to pull up your body on either pole or other aerial apparatus, and be able to climb and invert from the floor. A strong outside leg hang, sit and forearm push out is ideal.
*Please wear a snug fitting shirt or leotard and long fitted leggings as the flying pole is silicone
