This class is for the intermediate+ poler who has been poling for at least 3-6 months and wants to learn both static and spinning pole tricks to create a short combo.

*pre-requisites: climbing on both static & spin, pole sit, floor invert (working towards aerial invert), floor shoulder mount, outside leg hangs, basic spins. Etc.

*bring shorts, tank/sports bra, water (there is filtered water in-studio), knee pads (if desired)
