This mixed level intermediate / advanced class teaches aerial combos, flow transitions, advanced floorwork, and various inversions. Instructors may use both static and/or spinning poles.
Before signing up for this class, students must be able to:
- Climb
- Descend into inversions and/or invert from the floor
- Inside / Outside leg hang
- Hold a crucifix, inside leg hand and outside leg hang
This is an intermediate-advanced class and is absolutely not appropriate for beginner polers. Because this is a mixed level class, some polers may be working on different things from others.
*All classes at The Vertitude are designed to have 2 students assigned to share 1 apparatus. Classes work in 2 alternating groups.
